Welcome to Tabletop General.

It appears that my far from subtle Christmas present hints fell upon receptive ears this year, as I was lucky enough to receive a box of Perry Napoleonic French dragoons on the big day. Boxing Day was spent experimenting with sticking the various bits together and I now have a sample mounted dragoon and a couple of dismounted fellows ready on the painting bench. As usual, a batch of green-stuff was required to fill in gaps, especially on the horse, as I just couldn’t get the two halves to fit smoothly together. With all this activity under way, I’m really looking forward to the new year and lots of Napoleonic and Dark Age skirmishing.
